A $5.95 monthly System Access Fee (non-government fee), a monthly 9-1-1 Emergency Access Fee (non-government fee) and a Message Relay Service fee apply in addition to the monthly service fee. 2. Cannot be carried over and must be used in the current month. Direct-dialed calls only. Available for calls to Canada, the Continental U.S. and Hawaii only. 3. Monthly minutes cannot be carried over and must be used in the current month. 4. Available for calls to Canada, the continental US and Hawaii only. This plan is intended for direct dialed conversations or voice messages only, based on a total of 44,640 minutes available in a month. Chat lines, data, fax and/or long distance calls made using call forwarding and three-way calling features are prohibited.

* Additional International Value Plan Rules: Applicable only for landline destinations within the specified 30 countries (Direct-dialed calls only.
